Unattached garages may be leased, if available, for an additional monthly charge starting at $175.
Application Fee per occupant 18 years or older - $75 (Non-refundable)
Security Deposit - Starting at $250 with excellent credit
Pets - Full grown pets 30 pounds and under accepted with a $150 pet deposit and $150 non-refundable pet fee. Larger pets accepted with $250 pet deposit and $250 non-refundable pet fee. Deposits and fees are per pet. All animals require prior management approval and certain restrictions apply.
